Integration of SAP CX solutions with ERP systems
The SAP Business Technology Platform contains predefined integration scenarios that ensure straightforward integration of SAP Customer Experience solutions with the on-premise systems SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP and SAP CRM. This allows the CX Suite to be combined with the back end without great effort and without high integration costs.
The integration of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA enables uni-/bi-directional synchronization of customer and product master data, as well as full integration of transactional scenarios such as opportunities, quotes, and sales orders, including real-time ERP pricing and display of ERP document flow.
