Initial Situation

The family-owned company LSH (Laurens Spethmann Holding) unites well-known brands of the food industry from the business segments “Bars”, “Sweeteners”, “Cereals” and “Tea”, in the latter segment the traditional company is the third largest manufacturer in Europe.

An existing reporting landscape based on a Microsoft SQL Server was to be replaced with the help of SAP technology due to the future SAP strategy. The existing sales planning solution was also to be replaced by a new application.

Design of a future-proof landscape for company-wide reporting and planning solutions. Introduction of standard reporting in the areas of finance, controlling and sales, as well as implementation of a new sales planning solution.
